LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

FOR EQUIPMENT PRODUCTS

 

Yumenomori warrants all equipment products, excluding wear and tear items, against defects in material and workmanship for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of original purchase when purchased directly from Yumenomori or a Yumenomori Authorized Dealer, either online or offline. Pursuant to this Yumenomori Limited Eighteen (18)-Month Equipment Warranty, Yumenomori will repair or place the Product with new or refurbished product or, at Yumenomori’s sole discretion, refund the purchase price shown on your receipt. “Refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, this is your exclusive remedy. To claim your warranty in North America, you must take the Product, or deliver the Product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to Yumenomori. Proof of purchase from Yumenomori or a Yumenomori Authorized Dealer is required in the form of a valid serial number, dated bill of sale, or receipt which evidences that the Product is within Yumenomori limited eighteen (18)-month equipment warranty period.

 

This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to, acts of God, misuse, abuse, power surges, accidental damage, or contact with liquid.

 

Yumenomori shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use of the Product or any associated equipment, downtime and user’s time or for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory related to the Product.
